Connections kicks off our 10th digital skills class!
Posted February 2025
In January 2025, senior volunteers at Connections began teaching a new group of 13 seniors how to use a Chromebook computer and complete essential digital tasks like exchange email messages and create documents. The class will last for 8 weeks and upon graduation, each senior will get to keep their computer so they can stay connected with family, friends, and essential services and information. This is the tenth iteration of our "Welcome to the Digital Age" course, and over 100 seniors have graduated the course since 2021. To learn more about the program, see our Resources page.

Grant Information
Since 2021, Connections has been fortunate to receive grants from the AARP Foundation, McLean Hospital, and Springwell (Title III of the Older Americans Act). These grants have allowed us to extend the life of our core funding from Tufts Health Plan Foundation.
COVID-19 Update
The COVID-19 pandemic forced Connections to shut down our social events, walking clubs,
and face-to- face meetings. We shifted almost all we did to virtual meetings and
programming. Since 2022, we've
brought back many face-to-face activities.
