About Us
Waltham Connections for Healthy Aging is a coalition of seniors and agencies that collaborate to promote a more age-friendly city.
Coordinating Committee
A Coordinating Committee composed of the Council on Aging Director, the grants manager from Healthy Waltham, our Latina and Ugandan outreach workers, our Program Manager, and four senior volunteers meets every other week. The Committee makes all decisions and plans on programming, spending, fund raising, and work with partner agencies. Our grants are managed by Healthy Waltham on behalf of Waltham Connections.
